What Evergreen does
Evergreen brings pastoral counseling, leadership coaching, and advising together to help you understand what is happening, decide what needs your attention, and take the next right step. The process is personal and confidential, but it is also focused. We name the real issue, ask honest questions, and turn insight into action.
Ways to work together
Pastoral counseling helps you understand how grief, stress, conflict, transition, and long-standing patterns are affecting you and the way you lead. Together, we identify what needs attention and move toward greater health, freedom, and self-awareness.
Bring a decision, tension, opportunity, or leadership challenge. We’ll clarify the issue, identify what is getting in the way, and build a clear plan for moving forward in your specific context.
Evergreen works with church staffs, ministry teams, and faith-driven nonprofits to strengthen trust, clarify roles, improve communication, and get aligned around the priorities ahead. Engagements can include workshops, facilitated conversations, coaching, and ongoing advising.
